If you chose next-day delivery at checkout, please note that this will be from when the product is completed, not from the order date.

When you receive a delivery notice indicating that next-day delivery is not possible, it means the items you've ordered require a longer preparation period due to their unique and customized nature. Each item is crafted according to individual customer specifications, and many are personalized, which naturally takes additional time to complete.

Typically, the creation process for these made-to-order items takes approximately 7 to 10 days. Once the item is ready, it will be dispatched using the delivery option you selected and paid for during the purchase process. This ensures the final product meets your personalized requirements while maintaining the quality you expect.
